Terms of Service
These terms are the rules for using PuzzleHub: your account, fair play, rankings, ads, and what you can expect from the service.
01Acceptance
By visiting or playing on PuzzleHub you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02Who may use PuzzleHub
You may use PuzzleHub if you are old enough to agree to online services where you live, or if a parent or guardian agrees for you where that is allowed. You may not use the site if you are prohibited from doing so by law.
03Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for the activity on it and for keeping your password confidential. Use accurate information where we ask for it, and do not create an account for someone else without their permission.
You may sign in with email and password or with Google when that option is available. Tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you believe your account is being used without permission. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaks these terms.
04Rules of use
You may play the games, keep a profile, and take part in rankings for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
You may not:
- break the law or these terms while using PuzzleHub;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
- upload anything harmful or attempt to disrupt the site;
- pretend to be another person;
- use the site in a way that overloads it or interferes with other players.
05Fair play
Leaderboards and rewards only mean something if results come from real play. Play the puzzles yourself. Do not share accounts in order to farm rankings, and do not submit results you did not earn.
06Cheating, automation, and abuse
You may not use bots, scripts, solvers, or other automation to play, to submit scores, or to claim rewards. You may not tamper with results, probe the service in order to bypass checks, or flood it with fake games.
We may refuse a result, remove it from a leaderboard, reset unearned progress, and suspend or close the account involved.
07Leaderboards
Classic rankings show standout results for each game. Rush rankings are weekly and separate for each Rush mode. Your public entry can show your nickname, avatar, level, and result.
We may decline a run that does not look like a genuine game, including a run that is impossible in the time allowed. Weekly bonus experience, when offered, can be claimed once for each eligible place, week, and Rush mode.
08Scores, experience, and achievements
Scores, experience points, levels, achievements, avatars, and ranks are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted if we rebalance the games or if a result was not earned fairly.
Guest progress lives on your device. Signed-in progress follows your account.
09Advertising
The site may show advertisements. Some optional extras are unlocked only after a rewarded ad finishes successfully. Ads may be unavailable in some regions or browsers, and a failed or skipped ad does not unlock the extra. You can play the standard games without watching ads.
10Availability of the service
We want PuzzleHub to be available, but we do not promise that it will always be online, error-free, or unchanged. We may add, change, or remove games, rankings, and features, and we may pause the site for maintenance or safety. Features that need an account or a connection will not work while you are offline or while the service is unavailable.
11Intellectual property
The PuzzleHub name, design, text, and original artwork are protected. You may not copy the site or present it as your own product.
The puzzles themselves are familiar public formats — Sudoku, Minesweeper, Queens-style logic, and 2048-style tiles. Those formats are not owned by PuzzleHub, but our presentation of them is.
12Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close access, or remove a result, if you break these terms, abuse other players, or try to distort rankings. You may stop using PuzzleHub at any time and may ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
Rules about fair play, liability, and intellectual property still apply after you stop using the site.
13Disclaimers
PuzzleHub is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the games, rankings, saved progress, or ads will be uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Guest progress can be lost if you clear your browser data.
14Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PuzzleHub and the people who operate it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost progress, or lost enjoyment, arising from your use of the site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for injury where the law does not allow a limit. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights of your place of residence.
15Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page. If you continue to use PuzzleHub after an update, you accept the updated terms where the law allows that. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the site.
