PuzzleHub is an online place to play logic games. We try to handle only information that is needed to run the site, keep your progress, and show fair rankings.

Depending on how you use PuzzleHub, that information may include:

You can play as a guest. A guest’s progress stays in the browser on that device until you clear site data or sign in.

If you create an account, you may sign in with email and a password, or with Google when that option is offered. We use your email to create the account, help you sign in, and contact you about the account if you write to us. Please keep your password private. If you think someone else is using your account, write to [CONTACT EMAIL].

If you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google confirms that it is you and may share with us your name, email address, and profile photo, if you have one. We use that to create or find your PuzzleHub account and to show the photo as your avatar, unless you later choose a different avatar. If Google does not provide a photo, we use a standard avatar.

Google’s own privacy policy describes what Google does during sign-in. PuzzleHub does not receive your Google password.

While you play, we may keep the result of a finished game: which game it was, whether you completed it, your time or score, and similar play statistics. Daily challenges can record that you finished that day’s puzzle. Rush modes can record the score of a finished timed run so it can be ranked.

Guests keep this information in the browser. If you are signed in, it can be saved with your account so it is still there when you return on another visit.

Leaderboards are public to other players on PuzzleHub. If your result is ranked, other people can see your nickname, avatar, level, place, and the score or time for that board. They cannot see your email address.

We may remove or refuse a result that breaks the fair-play rules in our Terms of Service.

PuzzleHub uses cookies and similar storage in your browser so the site can work the way you expect.

If you clear cookies and site data, guest progress on that device is removed and you are signed out. Advertising and analytics providers may set their own cookies when those features are turned on; their policies explain those cookies.

When analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to see pages visited and general actions such as starting a game, finishing a game, sharing a result, or using a hint. This helps us understand which parts of PuzzleHub people use.

Analytics events do not include your email address, your account id, or your name. You can limit this kind of measurement in your browser settings and with the tools Google provides.

PuzzleHub may show ads from advertising partners, including Google. Those partners may use cookies or similar technology to measure or choose ads, according to their own policies and the choices you make in your browser or in the partner’s ad settings.

Ads are not required to play a normal game.

To operate PuzzleHub we use service providers that host the website, store accounts and saved games, handle Google sign-in, measure visits, and deliver ads when those features are on. They process information only so we can provide the service.

If you follow a link to Discord, Instagram, Telegram, or another site, that site’s own rules apply. We do not control those services.

Guest data stored in your browser stays until you clear it. Account information and saved games stay while your account is open, or as long as a public ranking still needs the result to stay fair for other players.

Online-visitor codes that have not been refreshed are dropped automatically and are not kept as a history of who you are. Analytics and advertising partners keep information for the periods described in their own policies.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or reduce it so it no longer identifies you.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, to limit or object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

To make a request, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. You may also complain to a data-protection authority where the law gives you that right.

PuzzleHub is not aimed at young children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may ask us to delete your account by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will delete the profile tied to that account, including the email address, nickname, and avatar stored for it.

A public leaderboard result may remain without your name, or may be removed, if keeping or deleting it is needed so other players’ rankings stay fair. We will tell you which option applies when we handle the request.
